When a special event requires the use of temporary structures, the Provincial Commission of Supervision of public entertainment (Commissione Provinciale o Comunale di Vigilanza) must certify the suitability of the structure itself, which can be obtained by submitting a specific series of documents detailing the health and safety management and risk management of the structure.
